Hello, I am wondering if anyone can tell me if you've had issues with customer service from Randumosity...the mama cloth retailer. I am in Canada, and ordered and paid via paypal an order on April 1. I had to write for confirmation that order had been received. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks for her to make the custom order. I waited...and had to write again to see if it had been shipped. As of May 1 she said it had been shipped. I still have not gotten anything. I have written twice asking for a copy of the shipping information so I can try to track is down, and have not received any responses. I am so frustrated as my order was over $50 and now i have nothing.
