Sneezy & Stuffy

I can not stop sneezing and blowing out my nose. Defiantly not sick and no sinus infection. Anyone else have this issue?

That happened to me when I first got my BFP, but it went away in a few days.

Yes!! It didn't start until just a few days ago and it's really annoying! I'm not sure if it's allergy or a cold. I don't feel sick though.

I had the same thing with my first pregnancy pretty much off and on the whole time.  I didn't have it with my second.  But now with my third, its back.  Just stuffy and sneezy all day every day but no sinus or cold issues.

Someone was just asking about sinus issues earlier today... it's a common symptom in pregnancy. You have more swelling in your sinus cavity and the mucus membranes during pregnancy. I had a chronic cold for four months during my last pregnancy.

Could be pregnancy rhinitis.  I had it BAD with DS.  Like, completely stuffed up, migraine inducing sinus pressure.  AGONY.  Then, in the last half of my pregnancy I lost my sense of smell almost completely and it didn't come back until DS was around 4 months old.  Very weird.

Yep! It's called pregnancy rhinitis! It was my second symptom that led me to believe I was pregnant, first was a sore left boob. It has to do with the flow of your blood.

YES ..  ive had this crap for a week ....  thats how i found out i was pg ...  I was on my way to buy every OTC cold med i could find and decided to POAS just to check since i was 2 days late ....  Well  low and behold i was PG  ..not expected, but an awesome surprise !   I was reading somewhere that when you get pg your immune system drops so your body dosen't fight the baby and therefore you are more susceptible to colds .. makes sense and also  why everyone around me that got it has gotten over it !  anyhoo ....  if this is part of, Ill take it !!!!!

Oh yes, it's very common.  I remember finally feeling relief with pregnancy #1 AFTER DD#1 was born!  It hit me again even earlier this time.

 I read this as well in one of my pregnancy books that going into 2nd tri stuffy nose and sneezing is definately a sympton!!
