Need reunion ideas

I am in charge of kids games for our reunion this weekend.  Problem is, there has traditionally been 4 kids, 2 of them being mine and one being a teenager.  I'm really stuck on how to do games for this number of kids.  Or moreso, how to work prizes.  Do I just give them each a prize for each game they attempt?  Do I worry about giving a prize to the 'winner'?  I was thinking about giving them tickets for an auction (silent or regular, we have a regular one for the adults and the kids seem to like it) but not sure if that would just be too complicated.  Any suggestions on games/activities that I haven't thought of?  With my luck, this will be the year that there is a ton of kids...
