Shape up!

Hello!

 

So I was wondering if anyone has toned up their arms and legs while pregnant, Im overweight to start and I would like to shape up as best I could... love to hear feedback, thank you!

  • I don't see why you couldn't do some light arm workouts with weights for arms and walking should help tone your legs.  Good luck!

  • I've been lifting weights and doing machines at the gym like the stairmaster.  I'm especially hoping to keep my abs toned since I imagine I will need them. :)
