I was totally stressed out because I had little to no symptoms- occasional boob soreness, a bit of fatigue, maybe feeling slightly carsick in the morning sometimes. However, I just got back from my first prenatal ultrasound and we saw and heard a lovely heartbeat.

I'm in the EXACT same boat, except I see my doc next Tuesday. My boobs are real sore one day then a little the next, no m/s and just a little tired.

This is my first little one and my only symptoms are sore breasts and fatigue. No sickness or nausea here! I was worried about it at first, but my OB assured me I'm just one of the lucky ones!

Whew! Glad I'm not alone.. I'm 5 weeks today.. I took a test 2 days after no period and the only thing that lead me to believe I was pregs is my boobs were huge and had darker areolas and I had Montgomery's tubercles, oh I also had a few spells of light headedness. But I have not had any morning sickness. There have been times where I get a cramp and SLIGHT nausea, but not enough to even feel like I was gunna hurl. My 7 week appt is on July 5th.. can't wait to hear that heart beat and that I'm normal! LOL

This is wonderful news, like many of you all I have are HUG BOOBS which are almost umberable to touch and I could sleep for days! Im 6w4d my first appointment is next Thursday (CANT WAIT) so I am hoping everything turns out perfect

Glad to hear that! Waiting for that first u/s is scary. Mine is not until next Tuesday. I keep wanting to call my OB and see if she will let me come in earlier I have only been really tired, but since I have a toddler, of course I'm tired. I am glad not to have m/s, but I still worry that the test was a false positive. Hoping and praying for a great heartbeat.

I cannot wait for my 1st u/s next tuesday! I am just tired and boobs are tender, not terribly sore...I guess we are lucky! No cravings either...that I wish I had lol

Anyone else not have to pee all the time? I am 6 weeks 4 days and I feel like with my first child I had this symptom already...

This post makes me feel so much better.  I have't really had too many symptoms.  I have been tired (but I am always tired), I have had diarrhea every morning, and slight lower back pains.  I don't "feel" like I am pregnant  because I don't really "feel" anything which makes me a little nervous!!!

Since the day I got pregnant I had very few symptoms and now I'm 12w3d and many of the symptoms are gone..except the fatigue and sore boobs every now and then..never had any MS. I feel nauseous when I eat huge meals and also in the car for a while that is it. When I told my Midwife that I've little to no symptoms she started telling me about MC and that bugged me a lot. Is it really necessary to have a whole lot of symptoms ?? I feel at ease whenever I hear my lil beans HB that makes sure that everything is alright. Planning to buy a Doppler now as the next U/S is in 20w and if I wait that long to hear the HB, I'll lose all my hair
