HPT question

Yes, I'm one of the crazies who still takes and HPT every now and then to make sure I still see two lines since I won't be seeing my doctor or have my u/s for another week and a half!! (Sheer torture!) Anyways, does there come a point when the line on an HPT does not continue to grow any darker? I get two lines, immediately, no having to wait. And the result line is pretty dark. I just worry it;s fadiing. IIs it all in my head??

Yes, there is only oh-so-much dye in the test, so it will only get dark to a certain point.  I know it's hard, but try to stop taking tests (this coming from the person who kept taking them until about 9 weeks)

Your not the only one still checking the line on HPT I have been taking one every day since last Saturday. Even after I received 2 positive betas I still check every day. I have also been TTC for 12 years so I am probably overly cautious

Omg I'm totally there. I took one this week and didn't believe it because I have no m/s, I'm just a little tired, and I don't feel any different. I've taken 4 lol all positive. I can't wait till my first doc appt, it will feel more real
