I got a brand of prenatals that were way too hard for me to swallow and even worse when I split them in half. So I got the gummy kind and I just read on the back that I have to take two to get a whole serving and I've only been taking one. It doesn't have iron either so I want to get back on the pill kind. I need a smaller one or maybe a gel kind since those seem easier to swallow. Most boxes don't give you an idea of the size of the pill so I'm buying without knowing. If you have a small easy to swallow kind, what brand is it? TIA!
Re: Another prenatal q- I need a smaller kind
With New Chapter Perfect Prenatals you take 3 regular sized pills/day as opposed to a gigantic horse pill. I take them all at once before bed, as it says you can take them at any time of day, so you don't have to separate them out evenly throughout the day.
They are a bit more expensive than the regular brands you get in the stores, but they are also organic.
I get mine on auto-order from Amazon, they are about $50 for a trimester worth of pills.
