Iogann?

Saw someone posted something awhile about with this baby name, but can someone please explain to me how to pronounce this?  Is it a made up name?  I never heard of it!

 Or, is it meant to be Logann and they didn't capitalize the "L"?  (her older daughter has a boys name ending with 2 "n's" which is why I wonder!)

 

So confused!

When I first saw it, I thought it was Logann without the L being capitalized.

ETA: I Googled. Iogann is a legit name. Dutch, or German maybe?

At first glance I would say its Logann. I taught a girl with this name and it was pronounced like Logan. NMS but she's a very sweet girl with normal parents

Even if it is "legit" it should not be used. And I'm pretty sure unless you're a mega pop star or someone famous you have to capitalize the first letter of your name. When you reach Prince, Cher, Madonna, etc. status you can do something as prententious as not capitalizing the first letter (IMO).
