So my son was in the NICU for 15 days after he was born and they gave him Soothie pacifiers. He seemed to like those so we continued using them. Now that he is getting bigger it seems they don't stay in his mouth as well. They fall out easy. I know the ones he has are 0-3 and idk if I should buy the bigger size ones or switch to the Nuk style ones. Any ideas or opinions..... Thanks!
Re: Soothie vs Nuk
I agree 100% that the soothies fall out wayyyyyyyyy too easily. But DS was hooked when he got them at the NICU (I was not impressed with this, since I specifically brought NUKs for him to use), and he never like the NUKs.
I would try the NUK, since I do find they stay in better, but if yours is like mine, he might not switch.

DS used Avent- those are my favorite.
DD, on the other hand, hasn't been as interested in a paci unless it's me. So I've tried just about every single one.
Avent- again, my favorite, they stay in well, and they have a little hook. I also liked that the 'case' part just went around the part that goes in the mouth
Nuk- ok, they have a hook, but I feel like the bendy part makes it harder for them to keep it in their mouth
Mam- these are good for staying in the mouth, but there is no hook. So you're practically grabbing the paci part to hold it
First Years- like Soothies, but a different outer part.
Soothies- these are DD's favorites.
Wubba Nub- Soothies with an animal attached to them. These are even better than Soothies, those expensive. However, she now has 2 and loves them.
We have these 2:
