sooo interesting morning, 4 day overdue (kinda long)

I woke up this morning at like 7 or 730 with menstrual like cramps, i figured it was i had to poo, it wasn't. so i got up ate some food and just watched tv and then these cramps started up again and were about 8-10 mins apart, I'm a ftm so i was like labor yay i finally get my baby. About an hour after they started i had to poo, then like 2 hours later they stopped. Hadn't have one since 10 this morning. I cried a little but then i i ate lunch/pre-dinner at about 330 and at about 445 i had some diarrhea (tmi sorry), which i don't normally have especially after i already pooed that day. so i was wondering is that normal or strange or just an unpleasant story that didn't need to be shared. thanks.

This is exactly what I've had going on today too!  I have no idea what it means.

I've been having the same issue for the last two days- bad bad bad diarrhea if I eat and cramping.  Add to that a problem with bloody mucus and I am feeling pretty gross!  Hopefully it is a good sign though

A lot of women experience diarrhea before going into labor.

Hopefully the diarrhea is good news for you. Very common before labor, but some women have it on and off for a week or so beforehand. Hopeful you are gonna pop tonight!
