Yesterday, I started cramping with no blood. I also was pretty active that day, as I'm moving. Anyway, I googled some things about cramping/no blood while pregnant and while most people were saying, it's ok if there's no blood, it's normal, etc, etc....one person wrote that her doctor told her to drink a bunch of water, until she felt like she would throw up and then lie down because she was probably dehydrated. So I did that. And I was cramp free by bedtime. I realized I hadn't drank a lot of water that day since I was packing and directing people to pick up boxes! Hopefully this will help others
Re: Possible solution for cramping/abdominal pain
Don't google! I did the same thing and it scared the crap out of me! I had cramping from weeks 4-14 and it's totally normal. Try to drink more water though, that may help!
Edit: sorry...I thought you were asking a question, not making a statement
