We are currently 5.2 weeks pregnant and I have had the strangest dreams! The first dream I was around someone I had never seem before in a grocery store and the smell just kept making me gag. I literally woke up gagging! The next dream my daddy was really sick and had indigestion and he started vomiting everywhere and my mom and I were trying to ease his stomach and I just remember thinking I am about to vomit as well...then of course I woke up! Weird because I haven't had any morning sickness. Is this normal during pregnancy?
Re: Weird Dreams!
I had a ton of weird dreams right through week 9 and now it's starting to calm down a bit. I've had people tell me you can even orgasm in dreams - especially in the last trimester!
I had nausea around week 7 and just started having morning sickness a week ago - so don't worry! Everyone is different - and some lucky ducks don't get m/s at all! There are lots of other symptoms that will start popping up within the next few weeks to let you know that everything is going as it should
.
Right? I've heard about them... heck anythings better than being eaten by zombies every other night.

Uh yeah.
I literally started having crazy dreams before I knew I was pregnant with #2. Strange ones. Usually they are about sex. Or random things. I have strange dreams normally, but my pregnancy dreams are like on drugs or something.
And, yeah, I did have an orgasm a few times when I was pregnant with #1. Craziness.
This is so hilarious! I am glad I am not in this alone! Thanks for sharing. :-)
Yup! I've had a bunch. My husband gets a good chuckle out of them when I describe them in the morning- they've been really bizarre this time round!! (One night I was "feeding a baby girl and talking with my deceased mother". I woke up just after realizing she was there. That one rattled me pretty bad... Another one had me clearing out my grandma's old basement- which happened to be infested with various bugs. Talk about facing your worst fears.) Our doctor said they are completely normal, and may get even more vivid.
I consider them your minds way of coping with all the changes. If you didn't work these things out in your sleep- imagine what your day would be like...? Gotta love those extra hormones!
