I don't consider those safe for anyone, so no--I wouldn't. If you were green cleaning, it would be totally fine, though a back carry (which is not safe in a Moby) is easier to do chores in.
I try not to use any cleaners that I wouldn't want to breathe around my baby. I have asthma so I can be sensitive to smells/airborne particles etc. I use that as my gauge, if I don't want to breathe it she shouldn't either.
I do clean while wearing her though, just with more benign stuff.
