I had the MaterniT21 before the NT Scan was done, so I can't comment on similar odds; however, based on that you have more than a 99% chance of having a healthy, genetically perfect baby. Try to relax! I know it's tough :-)

I think the fact that your odds improved after the blood work and NT scan bodes well for you! With my DD, (I'm pregnant with my 2nd, I just haven't updated with a new ticker) I had 1:80 odds, did the CVS and everything came out fine!

These tests are so nerve wracking! My first number on blood test was 1:82000 and then my age factor was 1:42. Not sure if these are the tests you had because my Dr. did not mention the name of test. Anyhoo. The NT scan was fine but because of the age factor I did the amnio. That was super scary and as much as I was afraid to risk the baby I felt I needed to know. All came out fine.
On another, hopefully helpful, note: My friends number was 1:125 and after the NT scan it was 1:4. She did the amnio and it was fine. She now has a perfectly healthy baby girl.
I was 40 when I had my LO, and on top of the age issue, there was also a bright spot in her heart (an echogenic intracardiac focus) which is correlated with increased chance of chromosomal abnormalities. It basically doubled my chances, taking me to 1/98 or something like that.
Hearing that freaked us out. Even though we found this out in the 26th week (long story) we still decided to have an amnio so that we could be prepared just in case. We didn't get the results until a week before our due date, but everything was clear. Our LO has no chromosomal abnormalities.
Remember, 1/120 is a better than 99% chance that everything is perfectly normal. If you had a 119/120 chance to double your money, you'd risk it all, wouldn't you? Just keep remembering that that's what this means. You have a 119/120 chance of no problems. Pretty good odds, I'd say!

My results from NT/bloodwork were 1:74. I had the amnio and everything came back ok. Hang in there. The odds are so much in your favor. The waiting is so hard!

I wasn't AMA when I was pregnant with my first daughter but my odds after the NT scan and blood test were 1/98. We met with a genetic counselor and decided not to get the amnio. If the Materni21 test were available at the time, I would have opted for it. DD was born without Down Syndrome.
I know the waiting is rough. A 1/120 chance are still excellent odds that all is well.
Re: Encourage me please-genetic testing
Thats what my genetic counselor tells me too

thanks for the positive thoughts
