bland, bland, and blaaaand. I had a great day yesterday with hardly any sickness. Then I got ambitious and had pasta with some veggies for dinner. BAD IDEA!! I keep my m/s down by eating SMALL frequent BLAND meals. Like this morning, I had a half bagel. Then 2 hours later, a handful of grapes.
Then those times I'm really craving something more complex and tastey, I eat it but like 2 bites at a time with like 15 minutes between so I can feel out how it's sitting on my stomach
When I had morning sickness warm veggie broth, crackers, bread & ginger ale or sprite were my lunch staples. Is there anything that sounds good to you? Usually with nausea if it sounds good then you have a high likelihood of keeping it down. I hope you feel better. Congrats on your pregnancy!
I'm struggling with this as well. Sooo tired of the same routine since these last 2 weeks of m/s!! My go-tos right now:
Toasted English muffins with a tiny bit of butter and a generous slather of peanut butter. Cottage cheese. Yogurt. Ginger Snaps. On a really good day I can handle a plain cheese quesadilla: just a little bit of cheddar cheese on a tortilla. On a really, really good day, plain tuna fish sandwich, with maybe 1 slice of cheese and 1 tomato slice.
I've been surviving on toast... I got ambitious today and had toast with cream cheese and sliced cucumber. I enjoyed it while I was eating it, but I've felt sick ever since. At least I kept it down
Other things I've been snacking on are plain pasta, all kinds of fruit, and toast with PB.
Baked potatoes have been a life saver for me. If you're not at home, you can get them at Wendy's. I'll get one with cheese if I'm not feeling too bad, and sour cream or plain if I'm really nauseated. The starch helps absorb stomach acid which theoretically decreases nausea, so starchy foods are good.

If I'm hungry, and I don't know what to make, I'll have a small bowl of cereal. Gets the calcium in also.
