Hiii ladies. So I'm only 10 weeks but trying to narrow some names down. As I know this will be the hardest thing for me.
If it makes a differnce my dd name is Abigail rose
What do you like better emmalyn or Emmaline? And any suggestions on middle names we are thinking grace?
Re: Opinions
Would you pronounce "Emmalyn" and "Emmaline" the same way or does one sound like "lyn" and one rhyme with "Wine?"
I hate Grace as a middle name. It's a filler name. There are so many kids that are going to have that middle name...UGH.
No I don't think so..Emma-lyn and Emma-line are promouced as they are spelled. I've actually never met anyone with either name but from what I researched it's different..I love Emma but I like a longer name and she would be called Emma
Thats what everyone on the bump is saying! It's just a filler. I do think it flows nicely but am open to suggestion.
Don't like Emma-line but Emma-lyn is ok.
Do you have any family names you like for possible middle names? I think one syllable names would sound best.
Jane
Beth
Mae
Jade
Faith
That's the thing. "Grace" goes with every name. Seriously...try it. It flows with practically every female name.
I personally like "Emmaline" better.
Emmaline Simone
Emmaline Faye
Emmaline Rose
I much prefer the spelling Emmeline. Pronounced emma-line.
Grace flows well with this name, but is overused IMO.
Other MNs:
Violet
Hazel
June

I like Emma only not with an additional ending
I love Emmaline (pronounced LINE). Emmalyn seems too much like a smoosh name to me. I think Grace is very pretty, but it's true that it's become the "Marie" or "Lynne" of this generation, IMO. Other suggstions:
Emmaline Kate
Emmaline June
Emmaline Jane
Emmaline Christine
Emmaline Eve
Emmaline Renee
Emmaline Faith
Emmaline Louise
Emmaline Leigh
