16 & Pregnant

I'm watching the episode where the mom's fiance drowned just a few weeks after they found out that they would be having a baby.  It is so ridiculously sad.  How can someone so young deal with such a difficult situation?  My heart breaks for her.

She's married to someone else now. 

Not that it makes it any less sad... But I do kinda look at her differently after knowing that.

I'm not surprised she married so soon. On the Dr Drew special she said he filled a hole that Todd left behind. Bad decision, but I understand why she made it. It makes it even more tragic for me.

My brother's birth father had a fatal "hunting accident" while he was alone "hunting" after he found out his birth mom was pregnant. They were 17/18. Hence the adoption.

I haven't watched any in the past 2 years but I just turned to DH and said I needed to see 16 & Pregnant and cry! It sounds so sad.

That episode isn't online yet but I'm watching Sarah's (episode 9 I think) - I can't believe the doctor told her they wouldn't allow her to go past her due date and then pushed for a c-section so quickly!
