Any ladies with an SCH?

Hi all, I was just diagnosed yesterday with an SCH.  It is 7x1.9x2.1 mm.  That seems pretty big to me.  I am 15w6d.   This SCH did not show on my 12w u/s.

If you had an sch, what did you doc advise?  Bedrest, modified bedrest, just taking it easy, no lifting, etc.  My doc is on vacay and I had my scan in the ER at the hospital.  The results are being sent to my doc, but I don't have an appt scheduled til the 28th.  Just looking for a little insight.

Quite a few of the ladies on the PAIF board have dealt with them.  I think they usually recommend pelvic rest-- no exercise, heavy lifting, sex, and just generally taking it easy as much as possible.  I hope it clears up soon.
