Anyone else

So I JUST found out I am prego and my sister and my mom have been wondering when the heck we are goign to get pregnant. I am very close to both. yesterday I was with them both and I swear I felt like they knew or were looking at me weird lol I think I am paranoid cause I am keeping a secret but has anyone else felt like that lol

yes, we are on baby #3, and told immediate family as soon as we had our first apt and u/s (around 6wks) bc we couldnt keep it in. People picked up on the lil things pretty quickly lol. Espically family, bc they can totally tell right away when somethings up and your acting even a lil different lol

If you are very close with them, then tell them, as long as you can trust them to keep the secret, and make it abundantly clear that they are not to tell anyone.

We have always chosen to tell our immediate families, because they would know as soon as we got together for dinner and I didn't have any wine, and also because if anything went wrong (which it did with BFP#2), we would tell them then so they could support us in our sorrow, so why not allow them to pull and have hope for us in the meantime?  It was great having them all know when I found out that I had mc'd, because there was no shock to get over and they were able to be there for us.

You have to do what's right for you, and if you acted weird at all, then yes they may have thought something was up, but you also may have just been feeling guilty for keeping the secret.

same here. we're waiting on our first u/s which will be on the 21st, but i swear i think some know. i'm so bloated and it's so obvious that i'm hiding something. i've been catching a few family members gazing at my stomach. the other day a niece walked into the living room at the same time the hubs was rubbing my stomach. we had to come up with something quick and said the was rubbing for good luck lol.

I feel the same way. I think that everyone knows and that they are all talking about it. Friends, co-workers, family, everyone. I keep catching people looking at my belly (which has unbelievably popped out at just 8 weeks along!) and I know what they are thinking-jeez did she just eat a pizza or is she pregnant?

I cant wait to tell everyone I think it will also help with the anxiety and associated nausea of keeping a secret.

My husband and I have chosen to tell a handful of people in our family: his mom, my parents, and my siblings. We also told some of our close friends since they do not associate with our family. We plan on breaking the news to the rest of the family within the next couple weeks.

I don't mind sharing I just want to wait till after the first doc appointment...June 26

 

Until then I will have to be as casual and normal as possible lol

All the time - especially now b/c of the extreme bloat.  I feel like people are constantly seconds away from asking!

My sister knew before my husband did! I was so shocked (since we weren't trying) that I had to tell someone. After I told my family we told immediate family only. Once we're 12 weeks along we'll fill everyone else in. I feel like people at work know but of course it may just be my paranoia.
