I got up early this morning when SO left for work, about 6 AM, and have been up ever since. Fed DS breakfast and got my butt in gear and FINALLY went to the gym this morning! First time since I got my BFP. I kept it pretty light: elliptical for 15 mins and then some light lifting. Felt SO good to get my butt back in the gym! I'm making a promise to myself to stay MUCH more active this pregnancy than I did with DS. I am NOT battling all the crazy baby weight that I had to last time. Lol!

This is my first and EVERYONE is telling me that I need to work out for atleast 30 min a day! But I just cant find the energy! All I want to do is sleep NOT go to the gym!

I was going to the gym every morning before I got pregnant and I felt great. But now that Im expecting, I just cant get myself pulled out of bed to make it there. I have been super tired and I didnt feel this way with my first pregnancy. I feel like I am zoned out and the lack of endorphines isnt doing me any favours either. Suggestions?
