I hate mine. It doesn't stay in place. Problem is, not sure what the alternative is other than maternity clothes very early. "Regular" clothes, even a bigger size haven't fit me well since week 6!
It's the new version with silicon. The band is just too wide. It seriously goes all the way to my boobs! And when I walk or stand up, it kinda rolls up. The silicon doesn't do anything for me.
I used one that I got from Motherhood (I don't know the brand) and I used it all the time throughout my pregnancy. I loved it. When my belly was smaller, I would actually fold it in half, and wear it low, and when my belly was bigger, I would wear it over my whole belly. I even converted a pair of my favorite pants into maternity pants with one of the bands. It was great!

Most women seem to either love it or hate it. I fall into the love it category. I wore it till the day I delivered DD. I almost never wore maternity pants, just my regular clothes with my Bella Band over.
This isn't the suggested way of wearing it. But what worked for me was putting it on basically so it came down low on my hips and then pulling my pants up over it. Then I folded the part of the band that was still exposed over my unbuttoned pants. This way I only had to adjust it after using the bathroom, other than that it stayed put.
No. I don't think it's something you would use throughout pregnancy. As far as I know it's meant for after pregnancy... at least that is the only time I would have personally been able to use it. It did work wonders though. It shrunk my belly in a matter of days... I went from looking 9 months pregnant to not.
ETA: I guess your referring to the band that goes over your jeans. I heard negative things about that but to each their own. But, personally, the post-pregnancy band worked wonders for me.

This exactly. I'm using mine almost daily and it has made me so much more comfortable. I have the Target one.
I wore won with DS and liked it just fine. It needed adjusted from time to time throughout the day, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I just bought another one at target yesterday. and IMO steer clear of the white ones, since they wash horribly!!!! The black one, which i bought yesterday, won't show if i get something on it. :0)
If you knew how lonely my life has been
And how long I've been so alone
And if you knew how I wanted someone to come along
And change my life the way you've done
I got the BeBand from Target for $16.99 and it works great.
A tip I've learned, is to tuck about half or 1/3 of it in your pants, and then fold the rest of it over like yoga pants. It stays in place and doesn't give you that thick layered feeling/look.
I also got some at Motherhood. I love them and wear them daily. I've tried wearing partially tucked into my pants and folding the rest over, but I prefer to have the whole band outsite.... IDK, I just feel like the pants stay in place better for me. I would suggest at least trying one.
Thanks ladies! The original Bella Bands are on sale right now (not the ones with the silicone strip) for $12.99. I think I'm gunna try one and see if I like it.

Thanks for this info! I was able to pick myself up one! Definitely worth a try especially when they are so marked down. Thanks again!

A friend gave me 2 of hers from her previous pregnancies (she gained a LOT of weight so she hardly got to use them as they were too small for her). I bought 1 a couple of weeks ago. It does the trick but lots of riding up when you've been sitting a long time. I'm not a full fan of them - yet. I wear scrubs to work so it's been great to still fit into them (plus they are super comfy) but for casual clothes - none of my bottoms fit me. I ended up buying maternity stuff last week - and sooo glad I did. Soo very comfy, so I figure if I wear them from now, I should at least get my money's worth out of them. LOL!.
I'm 22 weeks now. I hated my bella band.. it made clothes bulky and slid up or down.... just go ahead and get some maternity pants, you'll be glad you did, and they're expensive, so you may as well get all the use out of them that you can.

This - $20 for a piece of strechy fabric that rolls up and doesn't stay in place...waste of money IMHO.
