I just received my copy of the 2012-2013 Adoption Guide, published by Adoptive Family magazine. Seems to have some great resources - attorney lists per state, lists of agencies, international adoption info by country...it was a bit pricey ($14.95 and it's basically a magazine) but seems pretty comprehensive.
