I'm the minority on TB and like many boy names for girls. Of the ones you listed, Delaney (nn Laney) would be my first choice (although I'm bored of Grace as a MN) and Dylan would be second. (Strangely, I can't stand Dylan for boys.) Charli is okay, but only if spelled Charlie and Mason is all boy to me. Other unisex names I like are Blake, Drew (my personal fave), Emerson (nn Emme) and Reese.

Delaney Grace is cute, and I think Charlie is a cute nn for Charlotte/Charlene/Charlize/other Char-names. I'm not a fan of nicknames (like Charlie) as full names either, though. I don't like any of the others- Mason Elizabeth is especially bad.
I like Dylan & Charlie for a girl! Mason, not really. Although I know a VERY beautiful girl named Mason who is in her mid-twenties....she is like super-model status so it somehow works for her. Delaney is okay.
Boy names for girls are usually NMS. I think of Delaney as a girl name, though. Charli is cute as a nickname for something else. I'm not keen on Dylan as a girl name, but I do know a girl with that name. As for Mason, it was the #2 boy name in the country last year. Not only is it crazy popular, it is crazy popular as a boy name. Don't use it for a girl.

I really hate boy names on girls. Hate it. It makes it difficult to give boys names because girls are getting so many of them.
ETA: Part of the reason I say this is, after discussing names forever the only name DH hasn't completely vetoed this time around is Dylan. That's not necessarily his name, but for DH to be considering it that is something huge.
The only one I like is Delaney, which I'm pretty sure is exclusively used on girls. I've never heard it on a boy. It's also a GP of mine. Dylan and Mason are so popular with little boys do you really want your daughter to have the same name as 5 other boys in her class?
ETA: Delaney is listed as a girl's name on behindthename.com.
According to the SSA:
1330 girls were named Delaney last year and only 17 boys were.
9701 boys were named Dylan (21 named Dylann) and 595 girls were (42 named Dylann).
19,396 boys were named Mason and only 87 girls were (not including variant spellings).
I love Dylan and Delaney for girls. I wouldn't name a girl Charli or Mason as I know too many boys with both of these names. I also love Bryce for a girl for some reason.
I actually do kind of like Dylan for a girl. I realliy dislike Charli (why not Charlize or Charlotte with nn?) and Mason. I do like Delaney but think of that as feminine anyway. Just a thought about fem. mn you hardly ever use it after baby is born so by just everyday introductions she will always have just a boy name
A girl I work with is named Dylan (she's in her 30's). I like Delaney the best out of your choices!

I do not understand this concept. There are so many lovely girls names, why use a boys name?
The waste in life lies in the love we have not given, the powers we have not used and the selfish prudence that will risk nothing; and which shirking pain, misses happiness as well.

I'm naming my son Dylan so I'm not a fan of it for a girl. Of your list, I only like Delaney for a girl. Other suggestions are unisex names I like: Taylor (dd's name), Sydney, Peyton, Morgan, etc...
Mason is horrible for a girl. Of your choices, I would choose Delaney, NN Laney.
Just wondering if you are also considering girls names for a boy, i.e. Emily David, Elizabeth Janes, Sophia Luke.? IMHO, Mason Elizabeth is just as bad.
i still do not understand the attraction for traditionally boy names for a girl.

Re: Boy names for a girl?
Dylan = love this one for a girl!
Charli - I like it for a girl, but not spelled this way. And I really only like it if it is a NN for a more "formal" name.
Mason - just too much of a boy name for me, plus I just don't like the name
Delaney - this one is "eh" for me. neither like nor dis-like
It's not really my style either, but I DO think it can be pulled off well with a feminine middle name, as you pointed out...
If I had to pick one of these, I would say Delaney Grace is the sweetest.

The only "Delaney" I know is a girl.
I know a few girls whose parents used the nn "Charlie"; a couple of Charlottes & a Charlize.

I much prefer girl names with spunky, tomboy nicknames. This gives the child more options and ensures that she won't be mistaken for a male.
