light pains down low

in 1st Trimester
So yesterday evening and again today I have been having light pains really low down. it doesnt hurt too bad its just more annoying then anything else and it doesnt feel like cramps. its just little pains here and there. does anyone else have this or know what it could be from?

    Same things been happening to me so i called my midwife. She said that its normal and not to stress. Just the baby growing! :)
