Can anyone give me tips? I have a Butterfly II. When I've tried to put her in it, she screams (but is fine in the Moby). I kind of feel like it hurts her legs to spread them out that far. Also, I cannot get the hang of the infant insert. When I try to put it in like the video shows, she seems too tall for it. But she seems too far down when the carrier is on without it. Help! She wants to be held all the time, so for the sake of my sanity I need to figure this out.

Re: Using the Beco with a newborn?
Do you have a store that sells Becos or a babywearing group near you? It's sometimes really hard to figure out baby carriers until you see it first hand and get the "feel" for it.
I loved the Butterfly when my baby was new, and used it regularly because she didn't want to be put down.
With a newborn, you don't want her legs to be spread out. They should be "froggy legged" under her in the insert.
I'm sure you've looked but there are other YouTube videos on how to use it (besides official Beco videos). Try giving them a look.
At quick glance, here's one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hw-M7c1Wpa8
