I'm nervous!!

My boss decided to move our group under me.  He doesn't have time to deal with certain things so he had told me when I was hired it might happen eventually (I was hired six months ago).  He has brought it up a few times but mentioned yesterday that he thought he would make the change this week so we are meeting this afternoon to talk about the org chart.  He is moving a guy under me who has worked here for over 10 years running the group so I know that is going to be tough to manage the change without upsetting him.  I don't even want the extra responsibility but it's my bosses decision so I can't say no.

Anyways, the kicker is I'm pregnant with #2 and I feel I should tell my boss today when we meet.  So I'm nervous to deal with all of this today.  Wish me luck!

Thank you!!  I had the meeting - it went well.  My new boss was very happy for me about the pregnancy and didn't seem at all concerned.  Now I'll have to see how the rest of the week goes...
