ADHD and Autism 3yr old boy

The psychologist who DS goes to for Denver Start model therapy brought up today the possibility of DS having ADHD. She was also a part of the team who diagnosed him with ASD in January. I value her opinions and experience with autism very highly and especially since she has been along with us on DS journey since his dx. I feel like when we were talking about it the light bulb just went on in my head because all of the questions she was asking us I was able to answer yes to. Of course we have not made any major moves on this possibility since talking with her earlier, she just wanted to put that possibility out to us and we are going to talk about it further next week.
Does anyone have experience with this? And if so, what are your thoughts.
