Thank you so, sooo much for thinking of me!  I am counting down the minutes... my beta was this morning and I will get the call between 2-4 pm PST. I can't focus on much at all and time is going verrrrrry slow.

However, I did POAS yesterday and today and it was +!!! I had to do a double take and keep checking the paper that came with the test. I've never ever seen one of those plus signs before. I am hoping hard that this beta is good and I get to have another day of optimism. Because, woah, the last week has been incredibly tough. This 2ww was very, um, psychologically interesting to say the least.

Will update as soon as I know!!! Thank you for checking in on me cycle buddy!

The 1st part of the 2WW wasn't so bad, but then I started spotting last Friday. The bleeding got a little heavier over the weekend so I went and had my beta yesterday and it was a 2. The RE said since I wasn't bleeding heavily to keep taking my meds and go back Wednesday for what was my original beta day. Well, wouldn't you know it I woke up to a super heavy flow this morning and AWFUL cramps. So, I'm out but I'm going to go in for the beta tomorrow anyway.

Well, wouldn't you know it I woke up to a super heavy flow this morning and AWFUL cramps. So, I'm out but I'm going to go in for the beta tomorrow anyway.

 

Oh crap - ugh. That is so hard. I am so sorry. I haven't been keeping up to date well enough on all of the posts in the last couple days and I am sorry you had to write that out again. I wish for all of us this journey was easier. Thinking of you... But I hope you do some really nice things for yourself over the next few days. And that the cramping goes down too.  Do you like booze? I am so ready to have a huge glass of wine or 4 if this cycle turns out to not work out.

No problem! It's hard to keep up with everyone else when there is so much going on in our own IVF worlds. lol I don't drink, so no booze for me, but I should think of something nice to do for myself. It's hard to think of anything that might cost money though, because I am just sick at the amount of $$ spent on this IVF. I could really use a mani/pedi so maybe I'll do that over the weekend.

A mani/pedi sounds awesome...just did a mani with my friend a few days ago, and despite my mom being worried about me going since I am potentially maybe pregnant, I had a great relaxing time there. I hear you on the $$ part; I have a massive credit card bill just waiting for me to tackle it. I hope some r&r is around the corner for you.
