I just wanted to share my happiness about an ultrasound pic and seeing the heartbeat over the weekend!  I didn't cry, and I thought I would!  Maybe I will when it gets a little bigger?

Who else has seen their baby and how did it make you feel?

That's awesome!  I don't get to see our baby for the first time til 20 weeks- which is still 10 weeks away!  I can't wait for that moment-I'm not very patient.  I get to hear the heartbeat tho for the first time in 2 weeks...so def excited about that.

the only reason i got one so early is because i was spotting and went to the hospital.  everything checked out fine (thank god!) and it ended up being a great thing because we got to see the baby - it feels so much more real now!

 at least waiting until 20 weeks you should be able to find out the sex (if you want to) and you'll get to see a real baby in there!  (mine is just a picture of a white blob inside a big black blob lol)

My first u/s will be in 2 weeks and I'll be 5w6d. I'm really hoping to only cry tears of joy this time around...

I didn't expect to get an ultrasound, but my gyno did one at my first appointment, at 7 weeks 5 days. We saw the heartbeat and it was incredible. I didn't cry either, but we were floating on cloud 9 afterward. I was obsessed with that ultrasound! It was so hard to not just post that picture everywhere.
