Fish Sticks

Is it ok to eat fish sticks at this point? I just wanted to make sure before I have some for dinner tonight!

  • Yes fish sticks are fine, assuming you cook them of course :-p

    You only need to avoid swordfish, mackerel and other high mercury fish.

    Fish is excellent to eat while pregnant, like the others said as long as its cooked and it isnt the larger game fish.
