My fat shorts are finally starting to feel loose! Now that I'm off for the summer I can do little snacks all day instead of the one giant lunch that I have to do while working at school. I would always be starving by lunch time and want to scarf down anything in sight. Now I snack on yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, fruits, veggies, & oatmeal throughout the day. My lunch is cereal and a vegetable. And finally I'm starting to shed the pounds! Now I just have to keep it up, I still have about 15 to go! It is such a relief to finally see some results. So for those who are still struggling like I've been, there is hope!
