What did your Dr do at your confirmation appt? My women's center said they only do POS test this early and my midwife won't do anythinguntil the heartbeat at 10-12 weeks. I really want an US tho to confirm my little bean is in there.

At 6 weeks I had an U/S then at 8 weeks I had a pelvic and won't get seen again until 12 wks when we'll hear the heartbeat. But every office is different

My OB doesn't see you until 8-9 weeks. At that appointment you get a dating ultrasound (to get an accurate due date) meet with a nurse to discuss general pregnancy stuff (things to avoid, taking prenatals etc)

Then you meet with the OB (usually on a different day, same week) for a pelvic exam and to talk about questions etc.

6 weeks had my confirmation app, pelvic exam and blood work. Wont hear the heartbeat until almost 12 weeks. Won't have my first u/s until 16 weeks. Every practice is different.

had bloodwork done at 4 weeks for betas wice, ultrasound at 5 weeks, pelvic exam and consult at 5 weeks 1 day, ultrasound at 7 weeks And my first ob appt at 10 weeks this thursday, i will not hear thre heartbest till 14-16 weeks as mh ob waits.

POS, bloodwork, and PAP at 5 weeks.

 

However, with LO#1 I had my first appointment at 8 weeks and had an ultrasound!
