Re: Anyone's LO not walking yet

  • LO isn't walking either. She'll be 14m on the 29th. Meh- she'll walk when she walks. She's crawling and cruising but I'd give her a good month or 2 before she walks. And I'm O.K. with that! She's fast and I'm old; you do the math. Big Smile

LMAO!  My sentiments exactly!  Giselle isn't walking either and she is 14 months old.  I'm not rushing it...

Andrew is 14.5 months and still showing NO interest in walking.  He'll climb on everything and cruises all over the place, but the instant his hands aren't touching something he sits down.  I'm not too concerned yet, but I'm interested to see his doctor's reaction at his 15 month appt later this month.

  • Your fine. DS cruises and has taken maybe 5 steps max to get to one of us, but then he chickened out and hasn't taken any more in a week+.

  • My baby girl is 13 mon and not walking.  I told her this weekend that she better get this walking thing figured out soon because she is getting too heavy to carry.

  • Not walking here, but getting better at cruising and standing every day so I think she might be close.

Anything up to 18 months is considered normal so I'm trying not to stress it.

This is pretty much Nora. She cruises and wil take steps to me, but she's yet to let go and just take off. She's 14 months old.

  • My twins are 14 months (but adjusted age is 12 months).

DD just started walking (very wobbly) without holding our hands over the weekend.

DS will cruise the furniture, but not walk even if we hold his hands.  He prefers to crawl super duper fast, lol.

  • Reading this being a little jealous of your little non walking babies! DD has been walking since 11m and oh my god! She gets into everything..and is really giving me a run for my money!

DD has taken several steps before falling for weeks but still not officially walking. I'm not too worried, like PP said up to 18 mo is norm. DD1 walked right around 15 months and w/in two weeks she was running. It's bitter sweet.

  • No walking, no standing unassisted, nothing. But he'll get there, so I'm not concerned.

  • Cruising and climbing.  I'm really hoping that he doesn't crawl to college, wearing a diaper and drinking from a bottle.

  • My little man has only taken like one or two steps.  I'm cool with it.  He excels in other areas.  =)  Haha, NCMichelle =)
