Congrats on the pregnancy! I just found out I was pregnant on Saturday also and was going to ask this same question. :-) I used RX prenatals with both of my previous pregnancies because I found out much later on in the pregnancy then I did this time.
They are on the more expensive side, but they are organic and you take 3 smaller pills/day instead of 1 horse pill. I take all three at once at night, as it says to take them any time of day. This is what I have done since I started taking them when I was trying to get pregnant with my DS.
I also take the Target equivalent of Expecta for DHA.

Rainbow Light prenatal and I also add Expecta DHA supplement. The Rainbow Light are made from foods so you're less likely to get sick from them. I haven't had any issues whatsoever with them.
CVS prenatals with DHA. It's two pills now, which is a pain, but I love that they are affordable and regularly go on sale BOGO, which is awesome. I took them last pregnancy, as well.
I'm taking Nature's Sunshine Prenatals. With these, they are REALLY easy on the stomach...you don't even have to take them with food.
Also, just throwing this out there: Don't get a prenatal with Calcium/vitamin D in them. Something in the prenatals makes it so the Vitamin D doesn't get absorbed in the body. So I take my prenatal in the morning, and take my Calcium/Vitamin D supplement at night, so my body will actually absorb it.
My sister is a representative for vitamins and knows ALLL about the different prenatals out there.

Same! And they are way cheaper on Amazon, FYI. No stomach upset and no constipation. You do have to take 6 pills a day though. I also add an additional 1000iu of Vitamin D and 500mg of Calcium each day since I dont get much dairy or sun.
Re: Which pre-natals have you started taking?
Is this a rx or OTC? I've never heard of it.
This. I took this one throughout my first pregnancy.
OTC, I got mine at Wallmart.

I'm taking this one too. I like it, but I have to make sure that I eat a lot when I take it. I think that it contributes to my nausea if I don't.
