Change in Body Temperature w/Contractions?

So this is probably just one of those wacky things that happens for no reason during pregnancy, but has anyone else noticed their temperature dropping significantly? I had my first bought of real contractions over the weekend. They didn't last long (an hour maybe), but boy did they suck compared to BH. I started off getting chills and shaking, then 10 minutes later was burnign up and sweating through my clothes. I went to lie down on the cold tile in the bathroom, and since I was right there, decided to take my temp in case I had a fever. Instead, it came back 96.4! i kept it in a few minutes longer, no change. I started to coold down and went back to bed about 15 minutes later, contractions apparently finished for now. Next morning, temp was back to my normal 98.4. Anyone heard about this happening?

Please telll me it means i'm going to deliver ASAP- I'm 37 weeks, and I don't think this baby fits in me any more!
