i am a first time mom- and Was just curious.... how common are missed miscarriages?  I have no bleeding and no pain but I have heard that sometimes there are no symptoms with them.  Anyone know???

    Every where I looked just said what a missed miscarriage was... not how common they are. :/ 

    I'm sorry! I wouldn't worry about it unless you think you have had one though.

    From what I understand, most people have no clue that they're even pregnant, so they may have a missed m/c and just think they're getting their period.  I will tell you...don't google anything in the first trimester.  This is the advice I got and I didn't listen, and I had alot of cramping throughout the first and part of the second tri.  Everything I found said I was miscarrying (even without bleeding).  Just try to relax and enjoy being pregnant as much as you can.  Happy momma=happy baby :)
