I kind of feel like a dummy but0 I am 38 weeks, & my husband & I had sex a few hours ago & when we were done there was a bit of blood, but that is normal for us sometimes. But, now it's over five hours later & I woke up to go pee & when I wiped there was fresh blood. Not a ton of it. but enough to make me worried because bleeding after sex has never lasted this long. Is this normal or not?

If it is a small amount it may just be that your cervix got irritated. If it keeps on coming I would get checked. Better safe...

Agreed. I'm just gonna put a pad on & try to sleep for a couple more hours then check how things are going. I just worry, I guess we all do!

After my 38 wk cervical exam (by my doctor, not my DH I had a little bit of bleeding.  I would imagine it is kind of similar... but if it doesn't stop soon or you feel uncomfortable, call your doc.
