Have you ever filed a contempt motion?

My ex and I came to a written agreed signed my the judge two months ago.....he has stuck to NOTHING!  The schedule, the child support, the drug tests, the money he stole from our son which he was ordered to pay back....NOTHING!

 How does the proces work? What happens - does he go to jail or just ordered to obey (I know every situation is different but what happend in yours?)

    I did. I called the AG to ask for a review since he hadn't paid in years. Nothing happened. He called the AG to ask for a review and when we went in, the were going to arrest him. I asked them not to. From there, they asked him to pay 1000 up front, and placed him on probation until DD turned 18. He can't miss more than 2 payments without calling them to let them know why.
