Intown Midwifery, See Baby, Atlanta Medical Center?

Hi Ladies,

Has anyone use Intown Midwifery or See Baby (Dr. Bootstaylor)?

If not, did you deliver at Atlanta Medical Center?

I was hoping to get any reviews or advice you may be willing to share about using any of the above before I make the official decision.

Also, we are expecting twins, so if you had multiples with any of the above - I'd REALLY appreciate any help!  TIA!

You'll hear nothing but rave reviews for Intown Midwifery. I delivered with them (got a VBAC) at AMC, as did another mom on this board. Dr. Bootstaylor is, hands down, one of the finest physicians I've ever encountered.

AMC is not the fanciest place on the planet, but it has what it needs to get the job done.

IM is awesome, as is Dr B. You can't see just Dr B at SeeBaby though, he is the backup OB for Intown, but doesn't practice on his own delivering babies.

AMC is not the greatest aesthetically, and the food SUCKS, but they have the same level NICU as Northside, and I had a fabulous waterbirth experience there.

  • I had a water birth with IM in Nov at AMC Dr. B is wonderful and if you are having twins he will be there when you deliver :)

All the staff at intown is Amazing! AMC is not the best rooms are small and old, food is not so great... I checked out the next morning so we did not stay long.

I would never consider going anywhere else :)

    Good luck!!
