You could try flax seed. I found information/dosing on the Dr. Sears and other websites. I don't know about how it affects attention but it is generally considered to have alot of health benefits. I've added to my children's oatmeal/yogurt occasionally. I usually buy in bulk at natural food store.
They make a variety of Omega 3 chewable gummy vitamins.
I can't attest to how they help attention deficit issues.
As a curiousity, I remember when I was a kid reading "Heidi" that Clara's governess used to make her take spoonfuls of fish oil when she was "gaping" and not paying attention to her lesson.
Whether it helps with attention issues or not, I think it's good to consider your Omega 3 intake, whether from supplements or diet because of so many known health benefits.
