No sleep here either. It's been about three weeks now that ds has been getting up 1 - 3x per night.

DD went through the 4-month sleep regression phase as well. The reading I found was rather helpful ? it said to identify the cause of the regression: illness, teething, growth spurt or milestone.
DD had rolled for the first time several days before the sleep issues started, so I figured it was milestone related. More time to perfect to skill was the advice given and it worked great for us. A couple days later, she rolled over 29 times in one afternoon. Now that her skill is "perfected," she's back to her normal sleeping habits.
My previously fantastic sleeper has been sleeping horribly for almost a month now. I thought at first it was bc we tried to break the swaddle habit, but nope, we went back to it and no change. No big milestones that I can see, but she's been eating a lot more, especially this past few days. I even gave her a bigger bottle last night hoping it would help. No such luck. Woke up 3x and then for the day at 630:/
