pregnant while using condoms?????

My husband and I have two children and we have always used just condoms as our primary birth control with no issues. The last time we used one, we didn't use it right away. My cycles are very regular and I'm sure of when I ovulated. I have been feeling signs of pregnancy over the last few days (around implantation time)...cramps....very moody...this morning I felt a bit nauseous) also I just have a STRONG feeling that I am pregnant. My question is, has anyone on here conceived while use condoms. I know they are not 100% accurate. Also, do you feel that these symptoms could be legit? It is too early to test and I'm going crazy here. TIA

No I don't think that anyone can magically tell me...that would be crazy. Just looking for people who had similar symptoms or circumstances. It's hard not to wonder and look for input during this wait.

I have had that CRAZY feeling where you are postiive you are pregnant!!  And those symptoms too..

I was never pregnant when I had them.   They are called phantom symptoms for a reason..This is my only pregnancy so far and I had absolutely no inkling.  Just test when you can.

Yes it is possible.  Condoms are not 100% preventative when used alone, they go bad, and sometimes have micro-tears that you can't see.

With that said, you won't know until you know.  If you are that against additional pregnancies, it is usually good to use another method.

I actually know a few couples who were using condoms when they got pregnant.  Obviously you'll need to test to know for certain.

there is a woman over on the 35+ board who got pg using condoms.  Also, a good friend/old coworker also got pg using condoms.  While the odds are in your favor that you are NOT pg, there is still like a 3-4% chance.

FWIW, I knew I was pg 6 days before the test came up positive b/c it was my fourth pregnancy and I know the signs.  They've always been the same.

I have two children as well and my husband and I decided we were done having kids. We were waiting for his Procedure date and decided condoms were the way to go until his scheduled appointment. Well here I am with having sex one time in March and using a condom. I am now 15 weeks pregnant so yes it can and does happen. Good luck to you and hopefully things will turn out how you want them to. We were shocked to say the least but we are now over the moon excited about our last addition to the family.

If you think you might be PG, take a test.

I had no early PG symptoms before I found out I was PG - all of the symptoms I had were the same ones I get right before AF shows up - cramps, moodiness, etc.

when we were trying I think I made myself "think" I was pregnant haha so I started having symptoms of being pregnant lol and I wasnt just take a test

I got preg with # 2 using condoms. I also am preg now with # 3 after a vasectomy (apparently they are not 100% either says the doctor now). I am getting my tubes tied this time and if I get preg down the line, then I give up....

I am saying all this to tell you that if you have had sex, then you can be pregnant. The only method that is 100% is not to have sex at all.
