Hello my name is Ashley and I am 24 years old my fiance and I are ttc for about a year now, last year I stopped taking bc pills so we have been trying for about a year now and today I took a hpt and I am 3 days away from starting my period but I still am so anxious and on the results I got one strong line and then a faint pink line I do not know whether this is positive or negative ...I will try in a couple of days to make sure

Good luck, Ashley!  I hope that second faint line means a BFP!!

From lurking it seems that a faint line is a BFP unless you are using a blue dye test (apparently they aren't as reliable). 

 

Test in the morning and let us know!! Good luck!
