Moby vs...

Infantino makes a wrap called the Sync comfort wrap that seems to be a Moby equivalent. Does anyone have experience on how they compare? Oh, and does anyone have experience with using Lucky Baby slings with newborns/young infants?

I've never heard of Lucky Baby, and in general, I avoid Infantino. They tend not to have the best business practices or policies (they were the makers of the sling o' death that got recalled a few years ago). That said... if you're just in the market for a stretchy wrap, you can DIY for pretty cheap. 

If you want a quality ring sling, I've heard the best things about sleepingbabyproductions.com, and they are fairly inexpensive. 

Yep all of this!  You can generally get a Moby pretty cheap at most consignment stores as well.
