I'm 3.5 post c-section.  I"m still wearing big old granny panties.  When did you go back to your regular lower cut underwear that lie about where your incision is?

I tried a pair on last week. That was between week 5 and 6. My low rise undies still sit above my incision anyways so they didn't bother it. Plus it feels fine now anyways unless baby kicks me there or i bump the area on accident.

My underwear tends to hit my c/s scar so it wasn't until after a month for sure.

It was at least 4w for me until I put my regular underwear back on.

Same here!  I wore the mesh panties for 3 months lol.
