Question about finding birth parents

My boyfriend is adopted and we were wondering how we would go about finding his birth parents if anyone knows? He was adopted from Romania. Thanks for any info!

    He might see if his parents know any information about the agency they went through. It might be significantly harder because it's an international adoption, and a lot of stuff has happened in Romania in the last couple of decades. The FAQ *might* have some info, and you may want to go through a few pages of posts. I know some people posted about this in the last few months.
