What's the easiest way to find a nanny in Houston?  I live in Spring.

Have you tried calling an agency? I have heard good things about Village Nannies. But don't have any personal experience with them.

I have a 3 month old, and had to go back to work when she was 6 weeks old. I am an avid user of care.com. I have had a lot of luck finding fulltime, and parttime (date night) help. Also, the membership is less than some of the others. Good Luck!
