Completely hypothetical as we are not even TTC #2, but I'm curious about what you think.
DD is Eleanor Faye, her middle name was also my grandmother's MN. I would LOVE to use the MN "May" if we ever have another girl as it also holds a lot of significance and would honor someone very special to our family. I just don't know how I feel about sisters with rhyming MNs, even though you'd probably never hear their first and middle names said together.
What do you think?
Re: Rhyming middle names?
I think it's okay if they're in the mn spots.
Eleanor Faye is so pretty!
I agree it's no big deal. However, I would never okay rhyming first names. My sister and I rhyme, and we were annoyed with it when we were growing up.
I love your middle name choices!
My girls middle names are Kay and May.
We actually call them by first middle quite often and people notice and think its fine. Kay was from multiple family members middle names and May was my grandmothers middle name so both were of family signifigance.
With this 3rd baby coming, I don't see the trend continuing in to a Rae (Ray) or Fay or any other rhyming name as that was not our intention.
'Til He returns, or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I stand.
