Hi ladies! I am 11 wks post partum and have been into my full workout routine since 6 wks, including abdominal. For others PP, how long does it take for the tone to build back in the abs?
I am 9 weeks PP and my abs are almost back but havent done abs work yet... only zumba and a little yoga. If I did exclusive core work like planks I'm sure the tone would be back completely.
