I like both Andrew James and Andrew Owen.

My brother is Andrew William. I love his name and wish my mom wouldn't have used Andrew so I could!

Parker James is nice too, but I'm biased to Andrew. I do like Andrew James.

My Andrew is Andrew Douglas (family name). I like Andrew James the best. I much prefer Andrew to Parker. Much more masculine.

Drew and Andy are the obvious nicknames. We call our Andrew "Duder." LOL
